Background Your state’s governor has lifted all restrictions following the global health crisis, so your CEO has rescinded approval for team members to work remotely. Imagine that, as a manager, you are announcing this organizational change to your team. They have expressed to you on multiple occasions that they do not want to end working remotely. As the manager, you have seen much happier employees, better work production, and better work/life balance. From a manager’s perspective, write a persuasive paper to the CEO explaining why you know that remote work is better than returning to work. Before including the above thoughts in your persuasive paper, consider the following: · Determine if each thought is a form of resistance or simply a question related to the coming change. · Which thoughts should you include in this persuasive paper? · Develop a plan for the CEO that explains what approaches, methodologies, or tools you might use to continue the remote work and what kind of funding or resources you will need to support your plan.
